17:1 [hgb]  耶 稣 又 对 门 徒 说 ， 绊 倒 人 的 事 是 免 不 了 的 。 但 那 绊 倒 人 的 有 祸 了 。
    [kjv]  Then said he unto the disciples, It is impossible but that offences will come: but woe unto him, through whom they come!
    [bbe]  And he said to his disciples, It is necessary for causes of trouble to come about, but unhappy is he by whom they come.
17:2 [hgb]  就 是 把 磨 石 拴 在 这 人 的 颈 项 上 ， 丢 在 海 里 ， 还 强 如 他 把 这 小 子 里 的 一 个 绊 倒 了 。
    [kjv]  It were better for him that a millstone were hanged about his neck, and he cast into the sea, than that he should offend one of these little ones.
    [bbe]  It would be well for him if a great stone was put round his neck and he was dropped into the sea, before he made trouble for any of these little ones.
17:3 [hgb]  你 们 要 谨 慎 。 若 是 你 的 弟 兄 得 罪 你 ， 就 劝 戒 他 。 他 若 懊 悔 ， 就 饶 恕 他 。
    [kjv]  Take heed to yourselves: If thy brother trespass against thee, rebuke him; and if he repent, forgive him.
    [bbe]  Give attention to yourselves: if your brother does wrong, say a sharp word to him; and if he has sorrow for his sin, let him have forgiveness.
17:4 [hgb]  倘 若 他 一 天 七 次 得 罪 你 ， 又 七 次 回 转 说 ， 我 懊 悔 了 ， 你 总 要 饶 恕 他 。
    [kjv]  And if he trespass against thee seven times in a day, and seven times in a day turn again to thee, saying, I repent; thou shalt forgive him.
    [bbe]  And if he does you wrong seven times in a day, and seven times comes to you and says, I have regret for what I have done; let him have forgiveness.
17:5 [hgb]  使 徒 对 主 说 ， 求 主 加 增 我 们 的 信 心 。
    [kjv]  And the apostles said unto the Lord, Increase our faith.
    [bbe]  And the twelve said to the Lord, Make our faith greater.
17:6 [hgb]  主 说 ， 你 们 若 有 信 心 像 一 粒 芥 菜 种 ， 就 是 对 这 棵 桑 树 说 ， 你 要 拔 起 根 来 栽 在 海 里 ， 他 也 必 听 从 你 们 。
    [kjv]  And the Lord said, If ye had faith as a grain of mustard seed, ye might say unto this sycamine tree, Be thou plucked up by the root, and be thou planted in the sea; and it should obey you.
    [bbe]  And the Lord said, If your faith was only as great as a grain of mustard seed, you might say to this tree, Be rooted up and planted in the sea; and it would be done.
17:7 [hgb]  你 们 谁 有 仆 人 耕 地 ， 或 是 放 羊 ， 从 田 里 回 来 ， 就 对 他 说 ， 你 快 来 坐 下 吃 饭 呢 ？
    [kjv]  But which of you, having a servant plowing or feeding cattle, will say unto him by and by, when he is come from the field, Go and sit down to meat?
    [bbe]  But which of you, having a servant who is ploughing or keeping sheep, will say to him, when he comes in from the field, Come now and be seated and have a meal,
17:8 [hgb]  岂 不 对 他 说 ， 你 给 我 预 备 晚 饭 ， 束 上 带 子 伺 候 我 ， 等 我 吃 喝 完 了 ， 你 才 可 以 吃 喝 吗 ？
    [kjv]  And will not rather say unto him, Make ready wherewith I may sup, and gird thyself, and serve me, till I have eaten and drunken; and afterward thou shalt eat and drink?
    [bbe]  Will he not say, Get a meal for me, and make yourself ready and see to my needs till I have had my food and drink; and after that you may have yours?
17:9 [hgb]  仆 人 照 所 吩 咐 的 去 作 ， 主 人 还 谢 谢 他 吗 ？
    [kjv]  Doth he thank that servant because he did the things that were commanded him? I trow not.
    [bbe]  Does he give praise to the servant because he did what was ordered?
17:10 [hgb]  这 样 ， 你 们 作 完 了 一 切 所 吩 咐 的 ， 只 当 说 ， 我 们 是 无 用 的 仆 人 。 所 作 的 本 是 我 们 应 分 作 的 。
    [kjv]  So likewise ye, when ye shall have done all those things which are commanded you, say, We are unprofitable servants: we have done that which was our duty to do.
    [bbe]  In the same way, when you have done all the things which are given you to do, say, There is no profit in us, for we have only done what we were ordered to do.
17:11 [hgb]  耶 稣 往 耶 路 撒 冷 去 ， 经 过 撒 玛 利 亚 和 加 利 利 。
    [kjv]  And it came to pass, as he went to Jerusalem, that he passed through the midst of Samaria and Galilee.
    [bbe]  And it came about that when they were on the way to Jerusalem he went through Samaria and Galilee.
17:12 [hgb]  进 入 一 个 村 子 ， 有 十 个 长 大 麻 疯 的 迎 面 而 来 ， 远 远 地 站 着 。
    [kjv]  And as he entered into a certain village, there met him ten men that were lepers, which stood afar off:
    [bbe]  And when he went into a certain small town he came across ten men who were lepers, and they, keeping themselves at a distance,
17:13 [hgb]  高 声 说 ， 耶 稣 ， 夫 子 ， 可 怜 我 们 吧 。
    [kjv]  And they lifted up their voices, and said, Jesus, Master, have mercy on us.
    [bbe]  Said, in loud voices, Jesus, Master, have mercy on us.
17:14 [hgb]  耶 稣 看 见 ， 就 对 他 们 说 ， 你 们 去 把 身 体 给 祭 司 察 看 。 他 们 去 的 时 候 就 洁 净 了 。
    [kjv]  And when he saw them, he said unto them, Go shew yourselves unto the priests. And it came to pass, that, as they went, they were cleansed.
    [bbe]  And when he saw them he said, Go, and let the priests see you. And, while they were going, they were made clean.
17:15 [hgb]  内 中 有 一 个 见 自 己 已 经 好 了 ， 就 回 来 大 声 归 荣 耀 与 神 。
    [kjv]  And one of them, when he saw that he was healed, turned back, and with a loud voice glorified God,
    [bbe]  And one of them, when he saw that he was clean, turning back, gave praise to God in a loud voice;
17:16 [hgb]  又 俯 伏 在 耶 稣 脚 前 感 谢 他 。 这 人 是 撒 玛 利 亚 人 。
    [kjv]  And fell down on his face at his feet, giving him thanks: and he was a Samaritan.
    [bbe]  And, falling down on his face at the feet of Jesus, he gave the credit to him; and he was a man of Samaria.
17:17 [hgb]  耶 稣 说 ， 洁 净 了 的 不 是 十 个 人 吗 ？ 那 九 个 在 哪 里 呢 ？
    [kjv]  And Jesus answering said, Were there not ten cleansed? but where are the nine?
    [bbe]  And Jesus said, Were there not ten men who were made clean? where are the nine?
17:18 [hgb]  除 了 这 外 族 人 ， 再 没 有 别 人 回 来 归 荣 耀 与 神 吗 ？
    [kjv]  There are not found that returned to give glory to God, save this stranger.
    [bbe]  Have not any of them come back to give glory to God, but only this one from a strange land?
